A service I first needed for my own accounts
I work with automated Forex strategies and built Watch FX to monitor my own accounts without constantly switching between terminals.
The problem that started it
Once several accounts and terminals are involved, manual checks stop being a reliable process. A lost connection, growing floating drawdown, or stale data can be noticed too late.
I wanted one calm overview of account status and Telegram alerts only when something genuinely needed attention. That became Watch FX.
What Watch FX does
The service receives monitoring metrics from MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, brings available accounts into one dashboard, and helps users track their status.
- shows balance, equity, floating drawdown, and results from available data;
- monitors whether terminals are still reporting;
- delivers configured alerts through Telegram;
- helps managers find a specific account quickly in a large list.
What the service does not do
Watch FX is a technical monitoring tool, not a trading system or asset manager.
- it does not open, modify, or close trades;
- it does not request a MetaTrader master or investor password;
- it does not promise returns or judge whether a strategy is suitable;
- it does not replace independent risk management and is not investment advice.
Why make it available to others
The challenge of monitoring several Forex accounts is not unique to me. I am therefore developing Watch FX as a standalone service for account owners, traders, and managers who need clear data and timely alerts without unnecessary noise.
