User responsibilities

Users are responsible for checking connection settings, keeping access to Telegram and email secure, and not sharing one-time links or codes.

Acceptable use

You must not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, obtain another user's data, create excessive load, or use Watch FX in violation of law or third-party rights.

Data availability

Monitoring timeliness depends on the terminal, broker connection, internet access, and external services. Critical decisions should not rely on a single alert channel.

Changes and suspension

Watch FX may change features, perform maintenance, or temporarily restrict access to protect users and infrastructure. The revision date is updated when these terms change materially.

Ending use

You can disconnect an account and request profile deletion through the official Telegram bot @frxinf_bot. Watch FX may suspend access in response to a terms violation, security threat, or legal requirement.
