How to monitor multiple Forex accounts in one dashboard
With dozens of accounts, another table is not enough. The useful answers are which account needs attention and how to find it immediately.
Connect every terminal to the same owner
Install the appropriate Watch FX file in each MT4 or MT5 terminal. Enter the Telegram username of the owner who started the official Watch FX bot. After fresh data arrives, the account appears in Telegram and in the dashboard.
Start with status, not charts
In Overview, first check how many accounts are online and how many need attention. The status filter narrows the list to affected accounts, so there is no need to open every analytics page in turn.
Use the account number as the reliable identifier
When more than ten accounts are available, account-number search appears above the list. Enter a full number or any part of it. Search and status filters work together, which is useful for managers with dozens of accounts.
Configure rules per account
Drawdown thresholds, connection monitoring, and other rules should reflect the purpose of each account. One threshold across accounts with different risk profiles can produce either excessive alerts or dangerous gaps.
